Dotacty tactical compact medical pouch fits both belt and MOLLE attachments. Simple, lightweight and quick to use. Ideal add for tactical/battle/heavy duty/combat/range/duty/war/gun belt and molle vest/backpack/panel etc.
Main part is made up of high quality nylon. Sturdy & durable. On the front is a velcro panel with laser MOLLE slots for attaching your morale badge or patches. And it can be matched with other small MOLLE accessories.
The bottom of the pouch has two elastic loops for securing the tourniquet. A removable elastic tray with a convenient handle for securing small, loose medical items. The interior of the pouch has soft velcro loop panel on the front and back to allow you to secure small gear.
This IFAK pouch can be used in tactical, range, wilderness, survival, camping, climbing, hiking, hunting, shooting, emergency use.
